Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Delivery time may vary depending on your destination country or region.
We offer free fast shipping on all orders over $129 shipped to the United States.
Orders below $129 will incur a $12.99 shipping fee.
For international destinations, a small shipping fee will apply as calculated at checkout.

After placing your order, you can check delivery details on your order status page.
We will also notify you via your registered email once your order is shipped.


2. Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 1–5 working days.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

4. Customs Duties

Import duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and depend on your country’s customs regulations.


5. Delivery Notes

All delivery times are estimates, and Ecooutwear is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, courier delays, incorrect addresses, or holidays.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once your order has been packed or shipped, we cannot modify the address.

All orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. Ecooutwear cannot be held responsible for lost packages after delivery confirmation.
